4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. All intellectual property rights in our services, including AI models, algorithms, and software developed by us independently of client projects, remain our property.

4.2. Custom software developed specifically for clients transfers to client ownership upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

4.3. Any content you provide remains your property, but you grant us a license to use, modify, and process it to provide our services.

4.4. Third-party software and components are subject to their respective licenses.

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

8. Liability Limitations

8.1. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8.2. We are not liable for:
a) Indirect or consequential damages
b) Loss of data or business interruption
c) AI system errors or incorrect outputs
d) Third-party claims

9. Payment Terms

9.1. Prices are subject to change with notice for new projects. Ongoing project prices remain fixed as per signed agreements.

9.2. Payment is required according to agreed terms in the service agreement or statement of work.

9.3. For development projects, payment typically follows a milestone-based schedule.

9.4. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy and project termination terms in the service agreement.

9.5. Additional work beyond the agreed scope requires separate approval and payment.

10. Termination

10.1. We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately for:
a) Terms violation
b) Non-payment
c) Fraudulent activity

10.2. All provisions relating to ownership and limitations of liability survive termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Ukraine.
